Cable assemblies
The cable assemblies assembled by RF coaxial connector and the matching coaxial cable is widely in application to the microwave signal transmission in/between radio communication, radar systems. The property and reliability of the assemblies have a direct effect to the performance of the entire system and would be down due to unfamiliar of the configuration and impropriate assembly, this would be rather evident in high-frequency. In consideration of the fact, we dedicate in our exquisite design and workmanship and produce various cable assembliess: normal, low loss and equal phase, which are all with the features of low reflection, low loss, stable phase and high reliability. Also, we accept orders of various lengths and shapes upon drawings or other specification from customers. All of our cable assemblies go through the examination in accordance with the standard of GB/17738.1, GJB1215 and the relative terms in the agreements, thus customers would save their time of assembly or the problems of impropriate assembly that may result in lowering the property and reliability of the assemblies.
There are many kinds of cable assemblies, which are classified according to the types of connectors, cables, length of the assemblies, or the shape of them ( to semi-rigid cable ).
- Normal Cable assemblies: for cables of SYV, SFF, .141(semi-rigid, semi-flexible) and .85(semi-rigid, semi-flexible), etc
- Low loss Cable assemblies: for cables of SUJ, SFCF, SFCJ and SFCF, etc.
- Equal phase cable assemblies: for SUJ, SFCF, SFCJ, .141(semi-rigid, semi-flexible), and .85(semi-rigid, semi-flexible), etc.
The length of the assemblies ( L ) is measured between the farthest ends of the connecting connectors when straight connectors applied or the relative central axes of connectors if right-angle connectors applied.
The shape of assemblies can be easily bent to what you need when the cables are flexible or semi-flexible, and in the condition of semi-rigid cable is with the assemblies, a drawing in planarity and three-dimension is needed. |
